The Zhongguancun Hospital also carries out health management for 123 researchers of the Chinese Academy of Science based on the advanced three-dimensional management mode to develop health awareness within the target groups by using the instruction of professionals. Through educational lectures, the health knowledge can be widely received and lead to healthier behavior.
The Zhongguancun Hospital has also established a special region for polyclinics, inviting experts from tertiary hospitals to provide 'Door-to-door Service' for the retired cadre of the Chinese Academy of Science.
In addition to these four services, the Zhongguancun Hospital commits itself to the cooperation of scientific research achievement transformation. So far, the Zhongguancun Hospital has completed the interflow of research achievements with eight institutions within the Chinese Academy of Science: the Institute of Genome Research, the Suzhou Medical Engineering Institute, the Shanghai Institutes of Biologic Sciences, the Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology, the Shenzhen Institutes of Advanced Technology and The National Center for Nanoscience and Technology.
On May 11, 2016, the Zhongguancun Hospital signed another strategic cooperation framework agreement with Computer Network Information Center.
According to the cooperative purpose of the agreement, both sides will concentrate on developing a dedicated mobile product in order to set up an informational medical service platform and to find a widely-accepted medical pattern. Later the product will be popularized among the general public, employers of high-tech enterprise and students in education parks which can lead to the realization of medical treatment classification models relying on second-class hospitals.
In regards to its goals, the Zhongguancun Hospital aims to build a tertiary specialist hospital focusing on gerontology and rehabilitation within five years. At the same time, the hospital devotes itself to developing clinical medicine with the idea 'Special and General', sparing no effort to become the Affiliated Hospital of University of Science and Technology of China as well as a research-oriented hospital.
