Wang Delu, head of the Great Wall Enterprise Strategic Research Institute of Beijing, was awarded at a 20th anniversary ceremony for his outstanding contribution to Zhongguancun Science Park. He was recognized as China's management consulting person of the year.

He established the Great Wall Enterprise Strategic Research Institute in 1993. He has been engaged in research and consulting in the fields of enterprise strategy, strategic management, regional strategy, industrial strategy, and science and technology policy for nearly 20 years.

He has hosted hundreds of corporate strategy and government decision-making consultancies, mainly involved in the fields of enterprise strategy, enterprise restructuring, strategic management and public policy.

He has spent significant time focusing on the development of the national innovative economy, especially the innovative development of the capital economy.

He has carried out wide-scale and continuous research in the field of regional development strategy and science technology innovation policy.
