Infrastructure
There are 22 main branch roads in the Park, forming a convenient transportation network.
The Ninth Water-Source Factory of Beijing Waterworks Group provides sufficient water for production and daily use.
The Xiaohongmen Wastewater Treatment Plant is responsible for wastewater treatment in accordance to related standards.
Two 110KVsubstations are located in the Park, use a double-circuit to supply users with power, by five 10KV switches stations with a capability of 200,000KVA and a power supply pressure of 10KV.
There is a telecommunication office with a capacity of 100,000 SPC telephones and two telephone module offices in the Park.
Six 35-ton steam boilers provide heat for the Park 24 hours a day throughout the whole year.
The North China Oilfield has a high-medium pressure station and a group of high-and medium-pressure adjusting boxes in the Park. The pipelines in the park are ready for production and life use.
Environment
Fengtai Science Park is surrounded by 10 thousand hectares of forest and natural landscape, including Beijing World Park, Huaxiang Flower Base, Grand View Garden of World Flowers and many ecological communities. The greenbelt coverage accounts for 50 percent of the overall planned park. The Park has passed the authentication of ISO14001 environmental management system, planning to build up the biggest water recycling system of Beijing. A national environmental protection ecological demonstration park is under construction.
Fengtai Science Park is close to historical and culture tourist sites such as Logou Bridge, Wanping Town, Dabaotai Western Han Dynasty Tomb Museum as well as Beijing World Park. There is also a talent group to help build Fengtai Science Park into a park of headquarters, with entrepreneurial, invocative and cultural aspects .
Fengtai Science Park also boasts a five-million-square-kilometer family-friendly community. There is the Baolong Spring Apartment, Yihai Garden, Flower City, Future International Garden, as well as many other live-style facilities.
