On April 10, the 8th "Binhu in Spring" Tourism Festival will be holding its opening ceremony at the entrance of Binhu National Forest Park. At the same time the first Cherry Blossom Festival will also be held in the park.
The tourism festival has been a characteristic event of Hefei city ever since it started in 2007. This time during the festival, a large variety of delicacies will be gathered on Lei Street, the biggest night market in Hefei city. In addition, an outing and food festival will be held in Dawei, where tourists can enjoy fresh lake food, local dishes, and have a picnic with their kids. The 13th International Lobster Cultural Festival will be taking place on Ningguo Road.
The "Niujia Village" in Binhu National Forest Park will officially open on May 1. After that, tourists will be able to experience the "Baicao Garden" in Lu Xun's story and spend some time playing childhood games.
