Anhui pavilion hosts 10,000 visitors

A total of 10,000 visitors had toured Anhui pavilion by the morning of May 10. So far, more than 1.71 million tourists have visited the Expo, which means every one in 17 tourists have paid a visit to the Anhui pavilion.

Some changes will be made after feedback from the visitors. The Hui-style gateway will be adjusted to improve the display effect of "Anhui Impression," while coordination between the first and second display area will also be adjusted, among other things, in a bid to better promote Anhui and draw more visitors.

Since the grand opening of Shanghai Expo on May.1, the pavilion has attracted crowds of visitors from home and abroad. Anhui pavilion is decorated with Hui-style elements, impressing tourists with its unique charm.

"The beauty of Anhui pavilion really impressed me!” said a curator from the Paris pavilion who paid two visits to the pavilion. The multi-media display effect and holographic projection, which merges culture, history, landscape and cities in Anhui province, greatly amazed tourists.

As the article "Romantic Moments of Expo" on China Daily observed, Anhui pavilion, whose exterior wall is adorned with a Hui-style ink painting, composes a Chinese-style romantic picture, which draws visitors into its light and strong brush strokes.
