Works from 16 young artists explore the possibilities of Realist painting in the contemporary art scene. |
Realism seems "outdated" these days. While Realist paintings are featured in auction events, they are hardly mentioned in academic writing or serious exhibitions. The upcoming exhibition has put together the works of 16 young artists, hoping to explore the depth and possibilities of Realism painting style in the contemporary art scene.
