In 2005, the whole society including the common people, the government, the
media, the enterprises, the stars and even the scholars were beginning to accept
blog. To this extent, we may call the year of 2005 the blog year. However the
year of 2007 could be named as the dark year of blog since there are continuous
disputes and lawsuits around it, too many violent and sexual contents in
it.
Many people are asking and faced the same question: What kind of blog
culture is the one we need? Well, before exploring the answer to the question, I
have to make it clear that problems can occur whenever and wherever. Blog itself
is not a problem and it is people that are to blame rather than blog. Why can't
we just calm down and rethink about the blog culture? Blog is a way of
communication and a platform for us to express the ideas about the cultural,
economic and social life. It can also be seen somewhat as a diary. You can write
your own stories when you are feeling happy or unhappy regardless of others'
arguments.
I didn't begin to write blog until the first semester was to be
over. I think it is in the nature of human beings that they only feel secure
when they have something physical, and something we can feel and touch. I am
used to keeping a diary on paper so it takes me several months to find the
advantages of writing blog, but finally I am fascinated with it. I don't write
for my parents who have been caring me for so many years，or my teachers who tell
me how to study well or my friends who always help me whenever I'm in hot water.
I write for myself and what I write is something healthy, useful and nice,
because I know that the people who are writing blog are those who are going to
build up the culture of it not to mess with it.
Some people make money
through adding unhealthy information to their blog, while others take blog as a
tool to raise their popularity. Neither of them could be a good thing for people
who are blog writers or readers. Of course, nobody has the right to stop others
from speaking or writing, yet that is on the premise that nobody breaks the
rules. Most people dream to be a writer and one day their words can be printed
on the paper and published as a book. And I am just one of them. Since blog has
provided me with an open space and made my essays shown in public, I should
cherish the opportunity to write it well. We should be aware of the importance
of maintaining the spirit of blog and the culture of it. Once we lose it, we may
never take it back.
I normally write my blog in English and am willing to
share my experiences in learning English with others. Through it, not only have
I improved the writing ability but also I have made a lot of friends. Blog has
become a part of my life and I could not sleep sound and safe without checking
it every night.
Now I am trying to persuade most of my acquaintances to
write blog as it's really beneficial for us to lead our daily life. When you are
depressed, it can lift your spirits up; when you are overjoyed, it can save you
to be down-to-earth.

life.
