妙詞佳句，活學(xué)活用

1. Uh, huh：可以說是英文中表示"同意、贊成"用的最多的語氣詞了。很多同學(xué)掌握不好這個(gè)發(fā)音。張著嘴發(fā)成uh-huh，閉著嘴吐氣自然而然就成了uh-hum。表示不同意的時(shí)候我們通常搖著頭說 uh-uh，類似的道理閉著嘴吐氣變成um-um?？谡Z中常用的語氣詞還包括yummy yummy（真香真香），ouch（哎喲），whoops（糟糕），blah blah blah（等等……）等。

2. lucky penny：a penny lying on the ground faced up. Most luck should follow immediately after picking up of it.

3. go to the bathroom：表示去洗手間，也可以用restroom。美國(guó)人很少說go to the toilet，toilet很多時(shí)候指馬桶。當(dāng)然我們也可以用go somewhere，go pee甚至pass water（傳水），take a leak（漏），hit the John等等比較詼諧的說法。

4. big deal：類似咱們中文里說"大不了""了不起的"。這個(gè)表達(dá)法在口語里出現(xiàn)的頻率相當(dāng)高。比如，"就算他文筆很差，可這有什么大不了的！"就可以說"So this guy couldn't write, big deal!"。說"這件事有什么大不了的"，可以說"It's no big deal."，也可以說成"It's not a big deal."。大家注意這兩句話里邏輯重音的位置是不一樣的，如果你要強(qiáng)調(diào)NO（沒什么）這種語氣時(shí)，最好選前者，因?yàn)楹笳叩倪壿嬛匾襞艿絼e處去了。
