Caribbean catering venture turned restaurant

Caribbean cuisine might not be a mainstream cuisine in Beijing, but you can now have some of the most authentic Caribbean dishes such as jerk chicken at Gail's Caribbean Cuisine. Prior to this, the brand established itself with home delivery and appearances at pop-ups.
