Fuzhou police set up a special student crosswalk near the gates of several schools in Fuzhou, Fujian province, on April 16. These passageways are set up to help prevent traffic accidents during rush hour. Traffic guardrails will be removed for pedestrians and bicyclists during the peak times, when students come and go off from schools.
