GELSENKIRCHEN, Germany (Reuters) -- Schalke 04 twice came from behind to claim a 2-2 draw with AC Milan in a gripping Champions League Group E game on Wednesday, after the Italians failed to capitalize on the third-fastest goal in Champions League history.

Clarence Seedorf, making his 100th appearance in European club competition, scored with a low curler to stun Schalke with just 21 seconds played but the resilient Germans were level by the third minute with a Soren Larsen header.

Andriy Shevchenko's header put Milan back in front in the 59th minute before substitute Hamit Altintop struck with a venomous drive with 20 minutes to go.

Milan, beaten finalists last year, remain well placed with four points from two games. Schalke, beaten by PSV Eindhoven in their first game, have a single point.

Lyon 1, Rosenborg 0
TRONDHEIM, Norway (AP) -- Brazilian defender Cris scored late in the first half Wednesday to give Lyon a 1-0 win at Rosenborg that kept the French team's perfect record in the Champions League.

Lyon's pressure paid off in the 45th minute when Cris headed the ball in from close range after a corner to the far post.
