A worker pumps beer into a fountain in Harbin,
Northeast China's Heilongjiang Province August 4, 2005. The scene, part of
the city's efforts to embrace the upcoming Harbin International Beer
Festival, has triggered heated debate, with many calling it "a waste of
resources". Some 90 tons of beer will be used for the fountain.
