China's 1st materials circulation training center set up
( 2001-12-28 09:53 ) (8 ) A modern materials circulation personnel training base was established in Shanghai's Waigaoqiao Bonded Zone on Thursday, becoming the first of its kind in China. The training center is jointly sponsored by the administrative committee of the bonded zone, the Shanghai Marine Shipping Institute and Shanghai Waigaoqiao Bonded Zone Union and Development Co. Ltd. The bonded zone, founded 11 years ago as a major part of the Pudong New District, is now home to over 500 companies specializing in the materials circulation sector. The increasing international competition is calling for more high-quality personnel working the industry.
