The Danish embassy in China held Denmark Day in Beijing on Oct. 24, where Chinese students met with representatives from Danish universities and companies in Denmark’s biggest ever career day in China.

Seven Danish universities and nine of the largest Danish companies in China participated in the event, giving university students a chance to talk to representatives face to face.

Danish ambassador to China, Friis Arne Petersen says the aim is to promote Danish education in close connection with career opportunities in Danish companies.

Not only Danish companies, but also Danish universities showed great interest in the growing Chinese education market.

As the second component of the two-part career and education fair, Innovation Center Denmark in Shanghai had already held an exhibition in Fudan University on Oct. 18, receiving very positive feedback.
