Those who visit their elderly parents regularly in a neighborhood in Xuhui district, Shanghai, can now get a discount on the high parking fees, Shanghai Morning Post reported on Friday, citing property management.
Parking will cost them 200 yuan a year, which is cheaper than the daily five yuan fee for parking overnight.
