Couple risks lives to pick up pig on expressway

A man and a woman risked their lives by pulling up their car to pick up and take possession of a pig which had accidentally fallen from a passing truck in the middle of the Changshu-Taizhou Expressway crossing in East China's Jiangsu and Zhejiang province, ignoring the other vehicles speeding past them, the micro blog of china1949.com reported.

Watching the video captured by a road camera, however, some netizens were confused by the couple's actions.

Skins-FJ, a micrblogger, said the couple may have removed the pig from the road for the sake of the pig as well as other passing vehicles.

Many netizens held the same opinion and praised the couple's brave actions. However, some other netizens said that they should never have taken what didn't belong to them in the first place!
