A development of six new towns has begun in Liangjiang. As the first open development area in the Chinese mainland, Liangjiang New Area combines the core functions of constructing a central city with the harmonious development of secondary and tertiary industries.

The international cloud computing service center located in Shuitu High-Tech Town began operations in February this year. After construction is completed, the project featuring cloud computing will accelerate the globalization of the inland city, and also lay the foundations for outsourcing services, off shore data processing, international settlements and other modern industries.
