The zone is building residential areas to create a cozy living environment and people can choose to rent an apartment or a well-equipped staff dormitory, or can buy a house in the commercial residential buildings. Transportation is very convenient, with the city trail's Rongchang Dongjie Station, Bus Line 665, 599, 202, and 115, and E-town No 3.
