BlueStar Harbin puts new OA system online

On September 1, the BlueStar Harbin Petrochemical Corp started to use the new office automation (OA) system. The company has totally adjusted nearly one hundred business management processes with the new system, improving the internal business management and making the OA system a real electronic workplace.
