Car rams into tractor on highway, several hurt

Several people were injured when a car rammed into a tractor on the 321 National Highway in Henan province last Monday.

The car driver's wife told traffic policemen her husband had stretched out his right hand for his palmist cousin to read and was steering the wheel with just his left hand when the accident occurred.

Besides the occupants of the car, a handful of people hitching a ride on the tractor were also injured.

All the wounded were rushed to a nearby hospital, where they are said to be out of danger.
