A job fair for private enterprises at the Kunming National Hi-Tech Development Zone was held at Yunnan Open University on June 16, offering 397 potential jobs.

2014 private enterprise job fair at Kunming National Hi-Tech Industries Development Zone

In response to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security in Yunnan Province, the Labor and Employment Service Center of the Kunming Hi-Tech Zone organized 17 companies to participate in the fair. There are 13 private enterprises-- Kunming Chenmuxi Technology Co, Yunnan West Pharmaceuticals Co, Yunnan Yinpeng Industry Group, Yunnan Hongtong Automobile Trade Co, Yunnan Jiahua Food Co, Yunnan Cadillac Co, Yunnan Lincang Xinyuan Germanium Co, Yunnan Guzhiji Nutrients Co, Yunnan Jinyu Real Estate Co, Kunming Hendera Polytron Technologies Inc, Yunnan Qiaotong Package Printing Co. Ltd., Yunnan People Electric Appliances, Yunnan Phoenix Venture Co. Ltd. -- and four college intern bases--Yunnan Tong Feng Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., Yunnan Sofmit Zhongcheng Software Co, Kunming Jida Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd., and Yunnan Shanba Image Transmission Technology.

The zone provides employment guidance, consulting service for entrepreneurship and employment training for job hunters at the fair. The enterprises also displayed their development history, corporate culture, personnel relationships, employee welfare, and structural establishment. In addition, the enterprises shared more details on aspects that job seekers care about most--working environment, welfare and payment information. In the end, 353 university graduates established initial employment agreements with the enterprises at the fair.
