Project name: Ningyang Maker Space Ecological Park

Introduction: With investment of about 200 million yuan ($28 million), the park will be built in Jinyang Commercial City, Nanguan community, Ningyang county. It will make use of the development mode and innovation power of Tencent's enterprise platform to help attract investment and talents to Ningyang and promote newly founded enterprises.

The first phase will cover 8,000 square meters and consist of a four-story office building and supporting facilities. It will set up many functional areas, including a training center, conference hall, information center, computer center, expert reception station, business center and coffee shop.

Construction conditions: This project provides a place for entrepreneurial environment and services for entrepreneurial enterprises. It also provides various services for startups and small and medium-sized (SME) projects such as housing, finance, business, information, consulting, leisure and life support.

It will provide technical training, public technical services, incubation venues and other supporting services especially for SMEs and personnel innovation and entrepreneurship in the initial stages, aiming to cultivate new types of enterprises and innovative entrepreneurs in the county.

Ways of cooperation: It is a joint venture planned and constructed by the Wenmiao Subdistrict Office, Shandong Huijia Co Ltd and Tencent Group. All relevant enterprises are welcome to settle there.

Economic benefits: After going into operation, the sales income is expected to reach more than 80 million yuan. It will provide 2,000 jobs and incubate 50 SMEs.

The project will help reform economic structure, develop urban industry and promote the economy in Ningyang county.
