The Shanxi delegation to the 13th National People's Congress (NPC) held a plenary conference in Beijing on March 8, to discuss the national plan and budget reports.
Zhao Leji, secretary of the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection, and Liu He, member of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee, joined the discussions.
All the deputies, headed by Luo Huining, Party secretary of Shanxi province and Lou Yangsheng, governor of Shanxi province, reached a broad consensus on the two reports.
