Three centers, namely, Huaqiao Financial Outsourcing Research Center (HFORC), The Customers (Enterprises) Service Center, and the Training and Employment Promotion Center have been established at the Huaqiao International Service Business Park (HISBP).
Huaqiao Financial Outsourcing Research Center (HFORC) – policy advantage
Based on the professional knowledge of famous universities and the rich experience of financial enterprises, HFORC is dedicated to the study and promotion of the financial outsourcing business. HFORC has the following major functions:
First, as the think tank of HISBP, HFORC will keep putting forward innovative ideas and implementation programs to furnish new services and incubate new products for the development of HISBP. It will gradually set foot in the fields of information technology and medicine R&D outsourcing services.
Second, in order to promote the brand - HISBP, HFORC will publish the latest books on the outsourcing service industry, sponsor seminars on financial outsourcing service, hold summit meetings on financial outsourcing service, release annual reports on Chinese financial outsourcing service, build HISBP into the country’s first-class financial outsourcing industrial base, and cultivate HISBP into “China’s leading financial outsourcing industrial park”.
Third, HFORC will integrate relevant resources to actively study financial outsourcing in the country. It will also facilitate exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and foreign financial outsourcing businesses, so as to fully elevate China’s financial outsourcing services and promote the industrial development.
HFORC will set up offices in Kunshan and Beijing. It will take the post-doctoral workstation at HISBP as a platform to launch standardized, pioneering and high-level academic research on Chinese and foreign financial outsourcing services. It will study and introduce the current situations of Chinese financial outsourcing services with first-hand materials from surveys and research and publish an Annual Report on China’s Financial Outsourcing Service, to raise proposals to decision-making authorities on the development prospects and business performance of the outsourcing industry.
The Customers (Enterprises) Service Center – service advantage
The center will further integrate service resources, improving service images, shaping the customer service experience, and provide one-stop, wide-ranging and uninterrupted services, which will help “speed up” business services.
Providing high quality and efficient service is the center’s eternal theme. With the hope of offering the greatest potential to customers (enterprises), the service center has opened the hotline ‘55555555’ for public service.
Business customers (enterprises) use a strict assigned assessment system to make business processes run smoothly, and provide the best quality and efficient services. Understanding the requirements and needs of customers, the Service Center will neaten, coordinate and supervise the completion of demands according to customer’s specific needs, and eliminate any problems that they may encounter.
The Training and Employment Promotion Center – talent advantage
HISBP invested over RMB 400 million in this center, with the total area of 110, 000 m2 and expected capacity of 5000 people. Up to now, the first project with the area of 80,000 m2 has been complete.
The center is equipped with CISCO networks 4000 computers. A group of training institutions, such as the Ambow Education Group, has entered the center. Eleven majors, including service outsourcing and software outsourcing, have been set. Over 3200 students have been trained and among them over 2000 are engaged in service outsourcing.
Talents are also key to the development of a modern service industry. The establishment of the Training and Employment Promotion Center will help enterprises find professional talents.
