In the morning of August 14, a ceremony was held to lay the foundation stone for the model worker's building in Henan provincial worker's hot spring sanatorium. Senior officials of Ruzhou city attended the ceremony.
The model worker's building is a key project of Henan provincial worker's hot spring sanatorium. It is also a key project of the Pingdingshan Federation of Trade Unions.
The building covers an area of 1,288 square meters, with a floor area of 5,692.18 square meters. It has 112 guest rooms, designed and decorated under the four-star hotel standard.
When it is completed, the model worker's building will greatly improve the lodging condition of the sanatorium and meet the demands of receiving model workers across the country for rehabilitation. This will lay a solid foundation for the sanatorium to develop into a national base hosting model workers in recuperation. It will also facilitate the sanatorium in applying for the qualification of fixed hospital, offering medical insurance services in the province.
