Guizhou is actively inviting professionals from across the globe to assist the province in overcoming key bottlenecks in the development of its big data industry.
According to the Guizhou Provincial Science Department, the three main areas currently in need of professional aid are block data, multi-source data integration and big data privacy and security.
Company, university and scientific research teams from at home and abroad are welcome to sign up for the recruitment program between May 3 and 24.
Guizhou will subsidize each program with 10 million yuan ($1.5 million). Another 50 million yuan will be set aside for important big data projects in the future, said department officials.
