A man and woman in traditional clothing lead a group to take part in a Lusheng playing competition in Congjiang on Dec 27. More than 2,000 competitors from 42 teams from Guizhou and Guangxi province showcased their musical talents on the day. Lusheng, an ancient reed-pipe musical instrument, is popular among ethnic groups and usually played on important festivals and ceremonies.
