Guizhou province is providing parts for China's Shenzhou-11 spacecraft which will launch this year, according to the chief designer of China's manned spacecraft system, Zhang Bo'nan, who made the remark at the 12th National People's Congress.
The Guizhou Zhenghua Co has provided more than 600 parts for the Shenzhou spacecraft, Zhang says, adding that an increasing number of spacecraft parts are made in China but that the basic software needs improvement, so a number of space projects "to add fundamental strength" have been included in the draft of the 13th Five-Year Plan（2016-2020）.
