Jinchengjiang district, Huanjiang Maonan autonomous county, Bama Yao autonomous county, Luocheng Mulam autonomous region, and Tian'e county of Hechi signed contracts with 11 enterprises during a Guangxi high-end furniture and home furnishing industry promotion teleconference on April 24.

A total of 11 projects with an investment of 790 million yuan ($111.72 million) have been introduced, involving caacity expansion, technical transformation, and plate processing.

The largest investment among the signed projects was the ecological blockboard capacity expansion technical transformation project between Bama Dongzi Wood Industry Company and Beijing Zhonghai Shengdian Investment Company. With a total investment of 300 million yuan, the project includes the transformation of three ecological blockboards production lines, which can increase the total annual output to 180,000 cubic meters.

The People's government of Luocheng Mulam autonomous county signed a project with Guangxi Linsheng Industrial Co to produce 100,000 sets of custom cabinet doors and supporting construction. The Jiangchengjiang district government and Hechi Fusen Mingyue Wood Industry Co signed a project for a plate processing plant with an annual production of 100,000 cubic meters. The Bama government and Guangxi Guigang Kaijing Wood Industry Co signed an ecological board project with an annual output of 30,000 cubic meters.

In addition, Huanjiang Youlin Wood Industry Co and Guangxi Yali Wood Industry Co signed contracts to produce wood floor base materials, Jianping Wood Industry Co and Tian'e Industrial Concentration District signed an annual production and processing project of 300,000 paint-free boards, and Huanjiang Jiahe Wood Industry Co reached an agreement to launch a flame retardant functional plywood project with Guangxi Fandeng Furniture Co.
