Officials of the Pingnan county committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference visited the county’s water sources in Meixi village and Luocuo village of Lingxia township on June 23.
Though it was raining on June 28, the crowds all indulged themselves in playing in the water in the Water-Splashing Carnival, which was hosted in the Baishuiyang Scenic Area, the World Geopark in Pingnan, Fujian Province.
