Abstract: Against the backdrop of people’s growing needs for multi-level health care services, regional requirements for the development of health care industry, and urgent demand for supply-side reform and high-quality development of the health care industry, it is necessary for us to further expand the development space and release the development vitality of health care industry on the basis of small-scale and regional health care industry development demonstration zones. To this end, in addition to establishing small-scale and regional demonstration zones in different provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), it is also an important strategic option to promote the establishment of demonstration provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) for the development of health care industry in provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) with overall comparative advantages in the field. The implementation of this strategy will be conducive to the development of a health care industry with its own characteristics across the country, and it is of great practical significance to actively, steadily and rapidly boost Healthy China program.
