Long Guoqiang, Vice-President of DRC, met with Maarten Metselaar, Vice-President, member of the Executive Committee of Royal Dutch Shell Group, and President of Shell Integrated Gas and New Energy Business, at DRC on April 18.
They exchanged views on cooperation in energy projects, and signed a memorandum of understanding pertaining to the 4th session of their joint research.
