A vice-minister of DRC joins environmental protection summit

A vice-minister of the Development Research Center of the State Council (DRC), Liu Shijin, took part in the 2014 China Environmental Protection Industry Summit, in the city of Yancheng, Jiangsu province, on July 19, where he addressed the gathering. Sponsors of the forum were the All-China Industry and Commerce Federation's China Environment Chamber of Commerce and the China Circular Economy Association.
