Mausoleum of Yellow Emperor, memorial mausoleum for the legendary initiator of Chinese civilization, is the most important ancient grave site in China. The mausoleum is located in Mt. Qiao, about 0.6 miles north of Yan’an City. It takes about 4 hours to drive from Xi’an to the scenic spot.
