Situated inside the Anhui Taihe Economic Development Zone, Taihe Hot Spring Resort is adjacent to No 105 National Highway and only a 30-minute drive from Fuyang Station of the Beijing-Kowloon Railway and the new Fuyang Airport.
The resort is a Sino-foreign joint venture tourism company. It is a garden-style spa resort with the largest lump-sum investment and largest land area in East China. The resort features a hot spring, indoor gym, steam room, sauna room, wine-themed hot spring, scented wood hot spring, flower and herb hot spring, coffee hot spring, high and low temperature hot springs, and a slab hot spring. There are more than 20 hot springs. They are inlaid in the European-style garden to form a world map.
The resort has a Spring Dining Hall that can accommodate 300 diners, 15 luxurious Chinese restaurant lounges, a Western restaurant, an entertainment hall and more than 50 deluxe and standard guestrooms built according to four-star standards. The resort also has a conference center and a business center, offering comfortable meeting and office venues for guests.

The spring depth is 1,073 meters. The outlet water temperature is 68 degrees Celsius. The water has been appraised by national authorities as medical hot mineral water. The spring water is rich in metasilicic acid, Br, K, B, Zn and other trace mineral elements and has been said to show a curative effect for many diseases.
