Gan Daofu's recent solo exhibition on traditional blue-and-white porcelain blurs the boundary between practical use and decoration.
Instead of traditional vases, he has produced square porcelain chips and framed them on the wall.
Among his 50 exhibited artworks are images of abstract landscapes and figurative modern objects. Gan, recognized as a leading figure in modern blue-and-white porcelain art, has brought to life the oriental art genre with his masterpieces.
