Brazil are the greatest nation in world cup history. And to have their beautiful game’s biggest tournament take place in its spiritual home is a prospect exciting football lovers all over the globe. With this excitement comes great pressure on the host nation to win what would be a record sixth world cup. There is no doubt they are capable of lifting the trophy in Rio’s magnificent Maracana stadium on the 13th of July. Coach Louis Philippe Scalary has already won a world cup with Brazil taking the samba boys to glory in 2002. Now he will try to mastermind victory in 2014 with a team built around the worlds class talents of Barcelona star Namar and captain Thiago Silva as they proved when beating spain 3-0 in the 2013 confederations cup final. Brazil will take some stopping on home soil.
