An auto retailer placed Chinese bills ranging from 5 to 100 yuan in a glass case and used a fan to make them float at a promotional event in Rizhao, Shandong province, Oct 13, 2012. Customers were allowed to grab as many bills as they could within 30 seconds which were then to be used as a discount towards their car purchase.
