Days earlier, 14 dog protectors stopped a van loaded with dogs and then discovered a hidden location for trading and slaughtering dogs in Dujia community, Tianpeng town of Pengzhou. After the local authorities were informed, all 205 dogs kept in cages were confiscated for lacking the proper quarantine certificates.
