Britain's Minister of State for the Foreign and Commonwealth Office, Jeremy Browne, sits beside a panda at a research base in Ya'an city, Southwest China's Sichuan province, on Nov 17, 2011. According to a scientific research cooperation agreement between China and Britain, China will send two pandas to Edinburgh Zoo in Scotland for exchange.
