American socialite Nicole Richie has denied reports that she is set to marry her boyfriend Joel Madden.
Recent reports claimed that Richie is set to tie the knot with Madden in the summer of 2008.
However, the new mum denied the rumours as untrue, insisting that the rocker hasn't even proposed.
Richie and Madden have a baby daughter Harlow Winter Kate together, reports Contactmusic.
