Jennifer Aniston sent former Friends co-star Courteney Cox a bizarre birthday reminder of their TV days together--a transsexual look-alike of her character Rachel Green.

Aniston missed Cox's 42nd birthday celebrations in America yesterday to promote new film The Break-Up in the UK.

But, desperate to show the actress she hadn't forgotten the special date, Aniston thought up a hilarious gift to surprise Cox on her big day.

She says, "I made it up to her by sending a trannie impersonator of Rachel."He can cheer anyone up."
