Ridding any chance of a Jennifer Aniston run-in, reports tell that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are skipping out on the 2010 Golden Globe Awards.

The “Mr and Mrs Smith” co-star couple have opted out of this year’s ceremony, with a source claiming that the reason is Pitt’s omission from individual honors for his work in “Inglourious Basterds”.

Talking to E! News, stylist Jen Rade said, “They’re not going because he’s not nominated individually. Inglourious Basterds is, but not him.”

Meanwhile, Miss Aniston still is slated to appear at the 67th annual Golden Globe Awards ceremony held in Los Angeles on Sunday, January 17th.
