Pop diva Madonna yesterday arrived back in the African nation of Malawi, accompanied by the one-year-old Malawian boy she is in the process of adopting.

Her publicist says Madonna is visiting to continue work for her charity, Raising Malawi, which is building a children's health care center.

But the visit has stirred rumors that Madonna is considering adopting a second child.
