China's cabinet appoints new vice ministers

BEIJING -- Tian Xuejun and Ye Jianchun have been named vice education minister and vice water resources minister respectively, the State Council, China's cabinet, announced Tuesday.
In addition, Mao Youfeng was appointed deputy director of the National Bureau of Statistics, replacing Xu Xianchun.
