Having studied the "Decisions", I have come to the conclusion that the reforms that are to be implemented in the next 7-10 years are pretty comprehensive and surpass my expectations in some areas.

If executed successfully and to intent and design, China will witness a tranformational change for the good in every field that really matters to the country，and Xi（together with Li）would have earned his/their place in the history book of modern China along with the likes of Mao and Deng.
