Parents in Changshu, Jiangsu province, saw a video clip of a kindergarten teacher being violent toward the 3-year-olds, Modern Express reported.

In one three-minute clip, the woman teacher, in her 40s, lifted up two children with one arm and threw them to the ground and then kicked another girl. Other clips showed violence being used against the children over a period of seven days in November.

Two other teachers looked on during the episodes but did not try to protect the children.

The teacher, surnamed Cao, had worked at the Aiwei Baby International Kindergarten for more than 20 years.

Cao has been dismissed and the kindergarten will be punished for her behavior, according to the city's education bureau.
