[Xinhua] The following is a biographical sketch of Chen Kuiyuan, who was elected vice-chairman of the 11th National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC) on Thursday. Chen Kuiyuan Male, born in January 1941, ethnic Han, native of Kangping, Liaoning Province.
