1) District advantages

Changsha Jinxia Logistics park is a key industry item of the Changsha Jinxia Economic Development District.

Changsha Jinxia Economic Development District is one of the ten development districts in Hunan province and is the unique core park of the logistics industry in Changsha city. It is also the short-term development park of the General Plan of Changsha city admitted by the State Department.

The Economic Development District is located at the center of north Changsha city and covers a total area of 34.96 square km. The park has a superior communication network recognized by the country. A number of high-standard logistic services being constructed such as Changsha Jinxia Custom Bonded Logistics Center, Changsha New Port and Changsha Railway Logistics Center are becoming important in the park’s development.

The Jingguang (Beijing-Guangzhou) Line is its major railway artery and its major highways are National Highways-No 107 and No 319, Jingzhu (Beijing-Zhuhai) Speedway. The Qingzhuhu Roadway, main road in the park, stretches to North Hurong Road. The Second and Third Ring Road crosses the district and links to the Jingzhu (Beijing-Zhuhai), Changchang (Changcha to Changde) and Changyong (Changsha to Yongzhou) Speedways. The Changsha Railway Logistics Center and Laodaohe Railway Group-organizing Station are under construction. The center is 20 kilometers away from Changsha Huanghua Airport. All the airlines, railways, keel shipping and roadways have access to the center, making it a vital international logistics basement in China.

2) Industrial layout

It has formed a layout of "One Primary and Three Secondary". "One Primary" means the core district, Changsha Jinxia Economic Development District, which will mainly develop a logistics industry as well as arrange a completely functional logistics service. "Three Secondary" means three groups containing Gaoling Group, Erxiu Group and Qingzhuhu Group.

Gaoling Group will mainly develop industry, logistics and commerce. Erxiu Group will develop inhabitancy, commerce and office while Qingzhuhu Group will develop its services, such as running conferences, exhibitions and travel.

At present, a number of enterprises are in the park, such as Changsha Jinxia Custom Bonded Logistics Center, Hunan Xingang Ltd., Enrui International Corp. of Canada, Changsha Heavy Machine Manufacture Ltd., Hunan Central Foodstuff Wholesale Market, Changsha National Foodstuff Repertory, Changsha Chuangyuan Ltd., Changsha Dalian Industry Development Ltd., and Hunan Investment Corp. Ltd.
