Hot heavy-duty trucks in 2007

In 2006, a formula became famous in the heavy-duty truck market: fuel economy + high on-duty frequency + service convenience = profitable heavy-duty trucks. The formula summarizes the three key factors of a profitable heavy-duty truck and they are fuel efficiency, frequent transportation and convenient services.

Energy-efficient heavy-duty trucks are popular in 2006. It is estimated that in 2007 Chinese heavy-duty truck market demand will maintain a growth rate of about nine percent, and mainstream heavy-duty truck makers will keep rolling out new products.

However, what models will become the mainstream in China's heavy-duty truck market in 2007? What models should heavy-duty truck makers launch to better suit  market needs?
